win 7: utorrent running OS freeze - Microsoft Community At no time does Win 7 freeze other than switching from one WiFi network to another as uTorrent is running. (knock on wood, Damn nice OS) Dunno 'bout other 'torrent' programs, cuz I don't use 'em. And don't wanna. Have +/- six 'public' open WiFi channels I use for WiFi internet access. Apr 30, 2013 Nov 08, 2017 · How to Fix uTorrent Not Responding on PC. Sometimes when uTorrent Not Working happens, it whether it gets stuck or freezes. When this happens, just assume the application is not able to download the torrent file.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both BitTorrent and uTorrent, but they are always constantly frozen and it makes it really difficult to download things. A lot of the time I am unable to add torrents to the client, and if I am able to, a lot of the time it freezes before its able to start downloading.
